Water Treatment Services
Are wastewater issues a constant concern to your operation? Are B.O.D and C.O.D sewer surcharges costing you valuable dollars? Many of these wastewater issues can be controlled with Quality Water Treatment can help you controll these and other wastewater issues.
We begin with a review of your plant plan and sewer diagram as well as a review of chemical inventories used in the manufacturing process. Discrepancies between the input and output provide an insight to the type and quantity of contaminants. Analysis of waste water for the presence of priority pollutants, toxic pollutants cited by the EPA, will be of special significance.
Quality Water Treatment will inspect the plant following the review. Our focus is on water use and discharge from each process. Because night operations often differ from day operations, inspections of each process at each shift are required. These inspections allow us to correct and prevent contaminant discharges at the source rather than removing the contaminant from the effluent. Our engineers will also inspect the existing waste water facilities to assess the volume of waste water flow for each process as well as its quality. Data from over as long a period as possible will be necessary to determine flow variations.
Employee awareness of pollution is also critical to the reduction of pollution. Quality Water Treatment will also provide training sessions and materials as a standard part of our program.
Once a waste water profile is established for the plant and each process, our engineers can compare it to industry profiles to determine what modifications your water program needs.
Please contact Quality Water Treatment, Inc. to learn how we can help you control costly problems. We can design a specific program for your particular problems or operation and provide you with a safe solution.
